Ana, our realtor, sent this email yesterday. (Audrey is her partner.)
The updates for this week are as follows:
1. The couple Audrey showed the house to are still deciding.
2. I received another call from a new prospect this week and am trying to coordinate a showing for this weekend. They are also interested in another of my listings in Fairburn but yours is the lowest price point.
3. I received a call from an agent in Atlanta/Remax who is going to show the house this Saturday in the morning so I want to do my showing either Saturday afternoon or Sunday so I won't have a conflict.
The price reduction has for sure increased the showings and interest on the house. I hope one of these prospects makes an offer by the end of the weekend.
