We just received this text from our realtor, Ana:
"Hallelujah!!! An agent just called, she wants me to email disclosure and she has an out of state client transferring to ATL and are coming down this weekend!!!"
That is 6 exclamation points in one text.
This is probably because when someone wants a copy of your disclosure, they have already seen the house listing on the internet and are interested enough in it to not only go look at it, but also to know the details like how old the roof is and what stays with it such as appliances, any additions or whatever.
So hopefully, these people will actually see it this weekend and fall in love with it like we did when we transferred to ATL and went down one weekend to look at houses...!!!!!! (six more for good measure)
